October 3, 2025 - INSCRIPTIONS FROM THE HEART

Cheryl Zamora

"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms." — 1 Peter 4:10

Serving Jesus isn’t reserved for the talented, the eloquent, or the bold—it’s for the willing. God equips those He calls. Whether our gift is speaking, listening, organizing, encouraging, or simply showing up, it matters deeply in the Kingdom.

Our ability to serve Jesus doesn’t come from our own strength—it flows from His Spirit within us. The moment we say “yes” to Him, He begins shaping our heart, sharpening our gifts, and opening doors for us to make a difference. Even the smallest act—like a kind word, a helping hand, or a quiet prayer—can ripple into eternity when done in His Name.

Don’t underestimate what God can do through you. Moses doubted his speech, David was just a shepherd, and Peter was impulsive—but God used them mightily. Our ability is not defined by your limitations, but by our surrender.

Prayer: Lord Jesus, thank You for calling me to serve. Help me recognize the gifts You’ve placed in me and use them with joy and humility. Strengthen me when I feel weak, and remind me that You are my source. May my life be a reflection of Your love and grace. Amen.
